IRA Deduction Limits

Tax Rules

Income thresholds that determine whether you can deduct your Traditional IRA contributions from your taxable income. If you or your spouse is covered by a workplace retirement plan, the deduction may be reduced or eliminated based on your modified adjusted gross income (MAGI). Contributions above the deductible amount are considered nondeductible.
