A Solo 401(k) where contributions are made on a pre-tax basis, reducing your current taxable income. Both employee deferrals and employer profit-sharing contributions go in pre-tax, and all funds (including growth) are taxed as ordinary income when withdrawn in retirement. This is beneficial if you expect to be in a lower tax bracket during retirement.
